V krasni vili sredi Ankarana vam nudimo apartmaje *** . Apartmaji so za 2, 3, 4 in 5 oseb. Vsi imajo lastno kuhinjo, mikrovalovno pečico, tuš, WC, pralni stroj, pomivalni stroj, LCD-TV, aparat za kavo,likalnik in likalno desko, fen, sef, na vrtu sedežno garnituro in ležalnik...
Vsi apartmaji so klimatizirani. Pred hišo je plavalni bazen in mini beauty center. Zaklenjeno parkirišče.
Vsak apartma ima izhod na lastni vrt, kjer so ležalniki in gril. Dostop je urejen tudi za invalide. Lasten parkirni prostor. Nudimo vam še izposojanje koles, fitnes aparatur in prijazen nasmeh.
Posebnost naših apartmajev so spoznavni večeri ob prijetni glasbi, dobri kapljici in seveda okusni mediteranski kuhinji.
Tekoče govorimo nemško, angleško, italijansko, špansko, češko, rusko in hrvaško. Poslujemo preko celega leta. Oddaljenost od morja 300 metrov.

In una bellissima villa, nel centro di Ancarano, vi offriamo appartamenti di tre *** . Gli appartamenti sono adatti per 2,3,4, e 5 persone. Tutti gli appartamenti hanno la cucina, il forno a microonde, la doccia, WC, la lavatrice, la lavastoviglie, LCD-TV, la machinetta per il caffe', il ferro da stiro con l'assa da stiro, l'asciugacapelli, sef, nel giardino ci sonno le sedie e il tavolo, i lettini prendi sole ... Tutti gli appartamenti sono climatizzati. Davanti alla villa c'e' la piscina per nuotare e un mini centro benessere. Parcheggio sotto chiave. Ogni appartamento ha l'uscita nel giardino attrezzato con sedie a sdraio e grill. L'accesso e' idoneo anche per persone disabili. E' disponibile un parcheggio. Vi offriamo anche il noleggio di biciclette, apparecchiature fitness e un bel sorriso.
La particolarita' dei nostri appartamenti sono le serate alimentate da musica piacevole, buon vino e ottima e gustosa cucina mediterranea.
Parliamo bene tedesco, inglese, italiano, spagnolo, ceco, russo e croato. Siamo aperti durante tutto l'anno. Siamo distanti 300 metri dal mare.

Im Garten gibt es Sthüle mit Tisch, Liegensthüle,…Alle Apartments sind klimatisiert.Vor dem Haus gibt es ein Schwimmbad und ein kleines Beauty – Center.Prkplatz zum Schließen
Jedes Apartment hat Ausgang in den Garten, wo die Liegensthüle und Grill sind. Zugang möglich auch für Behinderte. Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Wir bieten ihnen auch Ausleihe von Fahrrädern, Fitneßgeräten und ein freundliches Lächeln an.
Eine Besonderheit in unseren Apartments sind Begegnungsabende mit angenehmer Musik, gutem Wein und mediterraner Küche.
Wir sprechen fließend Deutsch, Englisch, Italienisch, Spanisch, Tschechisch, Russisch und Kroatisch. Wir sind durch das ganze Jahr tätig. Entfernung vom Meer ist 300 Meter.

In the wonderful villa in the centre of Ankaran, we offer you three-star apartments***. We have apartments for 2,3,4 and 5 persons. All the apartments have own kitchen, microwave oven, shower, toilet, washing machine, dishwasher, LCD-TV, coffee machine, equipment for ironing, hairdrier, sef, garden table and chairs etc. Each apartment has an exit to a garden with deck-chairs and grill. In front of the house there is a swimming pool and a mini beauty -center. Parking place can be locked. Access available also for disabled persons. Own parking place. We also offer rent-a-bike, fitness set and a friendly smile.
The speciality of our apartments are social evening gatherings with pleasant music, good wine and delicious Mediterranean kitchen.
We speak fluent German, English, Italian, Spanish, Czech, Russian and Croatian. We work during the whole year. Distance from the see is 300 metres.
